ROOMS
There are 3 rooms available on the 1st floor:
– so-called ladies’ room (1x double bed)
– so-called men’s room (1x double bed)
– so-called students’ room (2x single beds)
We call the rooms by their working name, as we named them during the reconstruction and how we tuned them to a certain atmosphere.
Each room has a seating area and storage space for clothes.
The ceiling windows are equipped with roller blinds.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor there is an open living area with an equipped kitchen (fridge, convection oven, hob, extractor hood, kettle, moka coffee pot, microwave, toaster, basic cooking equipment + dishes, including wine glasses, etc.), a dining area with a folding table, a couch and a relaxation area.
On the ground floor there is also a toilet + shower and a utility room with a washing machine (and clothes dryer).
You can heat up in the fireplace.
Wi-fi available.
The stairs are not suitable for people with disabilities.
BATHROOMS
The comfortable and spacious attic bathroom with bathtub, toilet and 2 sinks is located on the 1st floor.
The second bathroom is located on the residential ground floor (toilet, sink + shower).
GARDEN, ANIMALS AND OTHERS
The house is located in a large garden, which is available to guests without restrictions. Also outdoor furniture, grill and fireplace.
Parking for 2-3 cars on the property behind a closed gate for free.
Our cats run around the garden and if things are going well, so do our chickens, we also have home-made eggs for you.
